1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between the 8updb platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "user"). These Terms are provided in both English and Bengali — in the event of a dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence.
By registering on 8updb or using any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.
In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between you and 8updb.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and play games on 8updb:
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must have full legal capacity and must open the account in your own name.
- Each person may operate only one account.
- Opening an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person is prohibited.
- Specific restrictions apply to 8updb employees and their immediate family members.
Providing false information about age or identity will result in immediate account closure and any winnings may be forfeited.
3. Account Registration & Management
You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or misleading information is a violation of these Terms.
3.1 Accuracy of Personal Information
Your name, phone number, address, and payment details must be correct. If you need to update any information later, please contact the support team.
3.2 Account Security
It is solely your responsibility to keep your account and password completely confidential. You are accountable for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify 8updb support immediately.
3.3 One Account Policy
Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts will result in all of them being closed, and bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.
3.4 KYC Verification
To ensure security, 8updb may ask you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. A national identity card or other documents may be requested. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
8updb supports the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following terms apply:
4.1 Deposits
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (same for each method).
- Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Standard processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals will be made to the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals will not be processed until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on 8updb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
8updb offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Please read the terms below carefully before claiming any bonus.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
- Example — deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
- Example — deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.
- Wagering requirement: you must bet 20 times the bonus amount.
- Example — if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳40,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
5.2 General Bonus Policy
- A promotion may be claimed only once, unless otherwise clearly stated.
- Bonuses are usable only on eligible games — certain games may be excluded.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the account may be closed.
- 8updb reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Guarantee
All games on 8updb are conducted fairly and transparently. We use technology from trusted software providers and adhere to a fair play policy.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game, 8updb will make reasonable efforts to resolve it. However, maintaining an internet connection is the user's own responsibility.
6.3 Game Results
The game results recorded in the system are final. In the event of a technical error, 8updb will review the situation and make a decision, which will be considered final.
6.4 Sports Betting
Odds displayed in the sports betting section may change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will apply. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8updb platform:
- Operating an account under someone else's identity or a fake name.
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse (including arbitrage betting).
- Hacking, manipulating, or using bots on the platform's software.
- Colluding with other players to fix matches or manipulate outcomes.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
- Unauthorized use or distribution of the platform's copyrighted materials.
- Harassment, intimidation, or aggressive behavior toward other users.
- Introducing viruses or malicious code into the platform's systems.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 8updb's Authority
8updb reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
- Account remaining inactive for an extended period.
- At the user's own request — for self-exclusion or a responsible gaming break.
8.2 User Rights
You may close your account at any time. Contact 8updb support to request account closure. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8updb will not be liable for the following:
- Missed opportunities due to temporary platform downtime or technical issues.
- Losses caused by the user's own internet disconnection.
- Failure of third-party software or services.
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a user's account (if the user fails to take adequate precautions).
- Personal financial losses resulting from gaming.
8updb will never be liable for more than the amount of your original deposit.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
8updb is committed to protecting your personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

- Your information will never be sold to third parties.
- Information may be shared for fraud prevention and legal compliance purposes.

11. Responsible Gaming
8updb believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income or a way to solve financial problems.
We encourage users to make use of the following tools:

12. Changes to Terms

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, the option to close your account remains available.
